Hey everyone, Tabby here! I COULD resist… I just chose not to.. Curiosity got the better of me! 

All jokes aside. We had matched several weeks before we ever really exchanged very many words. Austin had reached out to LITERALLY every person he matched with on tinder asking if anyone knew of somebody that could replace a well pump… at 5 o clock on a Friday. Of course he had zero luck getting one replaced on a Friday. However, he was successful in sparking up a conversation that would lead to a friendship that would last a lifetime. We talked for several days, eventually deciding to meet up. 

Our first date was at Sweetwater BBQ, just outside Waynesville. I went to pick her up at her parent’s house. This was the first time meeting her parents. The VERY FIRST words from her dad’s mouth after “Hello” and “Nice to meet you” were.. “If you can eat BBQ with her and not get embarrassed.. Then you’ll probably be together for a while.” Turns out.. He was right! We are getting married!
